Refund Policy

Overview
We want you to be satisfied with NextPath. This Refund Policy explains when you are eligible for a refund and how to request one. All payments are processed through Stripe.
1. Subscriptions
Cancellation:
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access to your plan until that date — we do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
Refunds for subscriptions:
If you are charged for a renewal and have not used any features during that billing period, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will issue a full refund at our discretion.
We do not offer refunds for subscription periods that have already been used.
2. One-Time Credit Purchases
Credits purchased as a one-time payment are generally non-refundable once any credits have been used.
If you purchased credits and have not used any of them, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund.
Partially used credit bundles are not eligible for refunds.
3. Exceptions
We will always issue a full refund in the following situations:
- You were charged twice for the same transaction (duplicate charge)
- A technical error on our end prevented you from accessing a feature you paid for and we were unable to resolve it within a reasonable time
- You were charged after cancelling your subscription

4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with:
- The email address associated with your account
- The date of the charge
- The reason for your refund request
We typically respond within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
5. Free Tier
NextPath offers a free tier with limited usage. No payment is required to access free features, and no refunds apply to the free tier.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of NextPath after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
